Who We Are

Trash Pandy was founded by William Shackelford, a United States Air Force veteran and long-time resident of Smyrna, TN. William has always believed in showing up for his community—not just in uniform, but as a neighbor. Over the years, he’s volunteered his time and equipment to help families recover from floods, tornadoes, and other disasters throughout Middle Tennessee. When dumpsters were nowhere to be found or priced out of reach, he brought his own dump trailer and tractor to get the job done.


Those experiences weren’t just acts of service—they were the spark behind Trash Pandy. William saw how often people were left waiting on companies that didn’t follow through, or hit with fees they didn’t expect. He built Trash Pandy to be the opposite: responsive, fair, and focused on helping people move forward—whether they’re cleaning out a home, managing a job site, or bouncing back from something tough.


Today, Trash Pandy is still run with the same mindset: show up, do the work, and treat people right.
